Investment summary

• Locate your preferred car park site and spaces required
• If not available an alternative site will be suggested
• A non refundable fee, typically £495 is required to reserve one space. This charge covers all legal and administration fees on your behalf, your reservation agreement is issued and a copy sent to solicitors after this fee has been paid and forms part of the legal purchase document
• Contracts are then issued by solicitors and a further fee is required within seven days to exchange contracts on your space
• Within twenty one days of exchange a further 50% of the balance of the contract price is required
• Within forty two days of exchange the remaining balance of the contract price is required
• Completion
• The guaranteed yield is paid quarterly in arrears into a bank account nominated by the investor to the solicitors and commences as per the contract
