Inspection trips
Emergis and the developers we work with actively encourage clients and potential clients to view the sites they intend to purchase or have purchased in.

Quite frankly we are so confident of the projects we recommend that site visits usually result in a high percentage of clients purchasing an additional unit!

Subsidised viewing trips are not uncommon and we encourage potential clients to speak to us directly to ask what is on offer for a the project they are interested in.

Examples of what is on offer below:

Dunas Beach Resort, Cape Verde

Option 1 - Free Tour
This offer is available to purchasers or prospective purchasers who place a property on hold, pre-tour, by completing a reservation form and paying the reservation fee. The full tour is then provided free of charge.

Mr and Mrs Hanson – who have bought a property on Cape Verde – recently went on an organised inspiration tour.

The reservation fees are:

• Villas €2,000
• Apartments €2,000

If you proceed to purchase, or change to a different property on-site, your tour will remain free and you won’t be asked for any contribution to the tour costs.

Option 2 - £500 Per Person Subsidised Tour
This fee is payable in advance but offset against the reservation fee payable should you decide to proceed and purchase a property on Dunas Beach Resort.  The Reservation Fee is non-refundable under certain conditions notwithstanding the previous clause:-

• Should the purchaser not elect to go on an inspection tour then he/she has 7 days in which to cancel the reservation and have the reservation fee fully refunded. After 7 days and up to 21 days, should the purchaser cancel his/ her reservation, then he/ her can have his/ her reservation fee refunded less £500 for administrative costs incurred. After 21 days the reservation fee is non-refundable.
• Should the purchaser go on the inspection tour and cancel up to 2 days after the inspection tour has been attended then The Resort Group UK Ltd will refund the reservation fee, less 50% of the cost of the tour or £500 per person whichever is the greater, as a contribution to the tour costs.

Halcyon Hills Luxury Resort, Samos, Greece

The developers of this resort offer bespoke viewing trips to Samos, Greece. They will collect you from the airport in Samos and take you around the island to soak up the local sites, putting you up in an up market waterfront hotel. As well as introducing you to the local delicacies of the island. They will take you to see the fantastic plot of Halcyon Hills.
