Purchase Procedure
The purchase procedure for both full ownership and fractional properties is very straightforward. What is particularly profitable about this investment is that the developers will pay you interest payments or rental returns from the moment that you first pay your deposit, right through to five years after the property’s completion, resulting in a positive cash flow situation from the moment that you first pay your deposit!
Reservation Fee
